Coutts Skyline Garden

Official launch of the Coutts Skyline Garden, Thursday 13 September 2012 at Coutts, 440 Strand, London.

Executive Chef Peter Fiori had the idea to create a ‘living and breathing’ vegetable garden and to use the fresh organic produce in his kitchen for client entertainment. A disused area on the fourth floor of Coutts Head Office has been transformed into a wonderful sustainable organic oasis, thanks to design direction from horticultural consultant Richard Vine and help from  The Clink Charity based at HMP High Down.

Guests at the launch event enjoyed a unique opportunity to discover the garden and to sample some of the fresh produce grown for use in their kitchen.
